M having strain in my neck can't move it
It's been 2 days suddenly my shoulder part started paining and reached my neck And Nw m finding hard to move my neck aNd hand

Hi, It's purely Postural problem based on your information. You have do the following. 1. Any nodular point pain you should start doing consult with Physiotherapist for TPT 2. MFR 3. FFR & Stretching of SGMM and upper trapizeus

It is due to over usage of your neck muscles.must br working in front of computer for long hours.neck muscles are stiff hence it won't let your neck move.it is a protective mechanism of you body to avoid further injury on neck.please do hot bottle heating on ur neck and meet physio nearby to release muscle stiffness.

Take hot fermentation for 10 mins nad for 2 weeks ,avoid sitting in the front or back of ac,correct your posture ,while sitting you should be comfortable
