Strain in shoulder
When I move my shoulders, I feel strain and stiffness all the time. Cannot move them comfortably. It's been there for more then a year. While they are resting , there is no pain and strain.

Hi.. Gm.. Seems like ur shoulder muscles became weak due to some reason n hence is the discomfort

Did you ever injure your shoulder? Or do you have any pain in the neck? Please get a XRay done to make sure there is no underlying condition. If it’s general weakness some strengthening exercises should help relieve the symptoms.
