Its actually called a Lysthesis. It means one of the segments slides in forward or backward direction in comparison to the other segments. Most times it's either degerative or trauma related. Nothi. G needs to be done for it in cases where the grade is between 1and  2. Might require surgery in stage 3 and 4 and symptomatic cases of grade 2 not having relief with conservative treatment. Yes, they regain all activities.
