Lymphadenopathy
There is a small hard bump on the back of my neck since 2 months . Is it a lymphadenopathy or some scalp infection plz reply doctor I am freaked out

It could be nothing but a small abscess, or just a lipoma.
Do not panic, it doesn't do any good. More often than not, the simplest causes are the explanation.
A physical examination by a General Surgeon is mandatory to have a proper assessment of it, anyone who says otherwise is scamming you.
