It's since 2 months.
Mother's creatinine level is 1.5

Since it is a long standing neck swelling not responding to medications, ideally you need to do a USG guided FNAC which means while doing the USG, the sonologist pricks a needle in the most representative part of the swelling, withdraws few ml of fluid which is sent for cytology testing (FNAC)
Next Steps
send both the reports USG & FNAC via chat, futhur treatment depends on these reports
Health Tips
keep an eye for appearance of any fresh symptom and inform accordingly
Since the creatinine level is bit on higher side, caution is required before starting the antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medications
Also few more details, and a picture will be helpful.
Next Steps
Please consult so that the management can be planned based on a more detailed history, picture and giving due consideration to her pre-existing creatinine levels
Hi. You need to get a USG (Ultrasound) of the Neck done as she has already taken two courses of medication and the swelling is persisting for more than 2 months.
An FNAC (Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology) is done routinely if the swelling is not decreasing in size.
Next Steps
USG Neck
