Get CECT scan of chest or whole body PET CT scan to confirm any mass in lung or somewhere else and biopsy that mass to confirm. Ancillary tests n tumor markers may be done accordingly
Pleural fluid must be sent for Cytology and other investigations. Please share those reports. If breathing problems persist even after ICD, check Usg to look for some collected fluid
