Last 10 days before my mom had heavy low back pain doctor took ct scan and they told in lungs was infected it may be a lung cancer like that they told so sir pls tell me is it lung cancer or not

looks like lung mass is carcinoma.
Next Steps
biopsy of lung mass,also ct scan of spine at least to rule out bone mets.

I can understand your concern.
The report is pretty self explainatory.
The findings are suggestive of cancer but for the confirmation of the diagnosis , a study of the biopsy is suggested.
Consult a oncologist in person for further evaluation and management.
