Lump/Lipoma under right arm pit
My wife had a small lump under armpit 15 days ago. In 5 days it grew bigger and was swollen and causing pain. I took surgeon's medicine for 10 days... I did dressing of su mag .. but the pain and swelling has not reduced... only the size of the lump has stopped increasing... the size is 1 inch... the surgeon has asked for surgery... I have shown it to a homeopathic doctor today... he has given these medicines- 1. Gun powder 3x
2. Belladonna ointment
3. Local Medicine from the shop.
I just want to ask you in how many days pain, size will reduce?? if the lump can be cured with homeopathy... if yes then in how many days???

From what you've described, it appears that your wife has developed an inflamed or possibly suppurating abscess under the armpit. The pain, swelling, and rapid growth followed by stagnation in size strongly suggest an underlying infection or localized abscess formation.
However, in homeopathy, we often address such conditions without surgery—provided the case is in the right stage and under close monitoring.

Gunpowder 3X – a well-known homeopathic antiseptic, useful in infected wounds and abscesses.

Did you do some tests to confirm if it's lipoma?
Do one thing. First palpate it with your hand and see if it's fixed in a position or is movable. If its hard or soft. Painful lumps increasing in size are not a good sign to be honest.
If there's an abscess (collection of pus), medicines will be different, if it's just an inflammation, medicines will be different.
So I can't prescribe anything for now. Sorry.
But still to be on safe grounds, she can take :
Ferrum phos 6x (four tablets four times a day)
Belladonna 30 (four pills four times a day)
Aconite 30 (four pills four times a day)

Yes there is treatment and cure in homoeopathy. Every doctor is different , there skill to prescribe is different and every body is different too.. So depends on the body to body how fast the medicine acts. In my patients the medicine starts shpwing signs of cure in 1 week.

It needs to be diagnosed first then the plan of treatment can be ruled out.
Just taking any medicine or undergoing a knife is not going to help you.
The chances of recurrence are high, even if you opt for surgery.
