Lump inside of my mouth
Hello, I noticed a lump inside of my mouth (inside of my cheek, upper teeth level). It is not hurting, but feeling like I bit my cheek. It looks like a pimple. I haven't notice it earlier, today is the first day. I am 27 years old, smoker. I panicked and put propolis on it. It felt like burning.

Don't worry dear looks like u have injured ur parotid gland duct opening, if possible post a pic of the same,apply dologel CT or clinora gel over the affected area.It will heal but it will take time,avoid eating from that side if possible.
