Lump in upper abdomen muscle
I got injured 10 days back, i had swelling and a bruise on my upper abdomen, but 3 days back i noticed 3 lumps that are little painful when touched, so i went to a general physician in my area, he gave me medicines, and told me to go for whole abdomen ultrasound, ultrasound came totally fine, but i'm little worried about this, as i'm an bodybuilding athlete, and its affecting me alot, physically and mentally, i'm attaching ultrasound report.
