sounds like bartholine cyst/ abscess. needs a physical examination/ treatment accordingly with antibiotic cover

It's an bartholin abscess...treated by antibiotics only...consult privately

    You can take antibiotic cap amoxicillin  and pain killer tab combiflame  . This will  give immediate  relief but   you have to consult some gynaecologist  for permanent cure because this could be   something abnormal like bartholian  cyst
