Yesterday night, I happened to touch my groin area and it felt kind of tender and sensitive, and I noticed I felt a lump, but I didn't get the chance to look at it. Today I looked at it and it's a small dark purple looking lump, and I thought to try and squeeze it, and it sent a sharp nerve pain throughout my body, so I haven't touched it since

Get the following blood tests....
CBC
RBS
BT..CT
VDRL.
HIV..
Just routine...
