Lumber disc herniation
From last 2 weeks i am suffering from backache with pain in left lower limb. I Had and MRI and the impression is as follows A samll centeal and left paracentral disc protrusion at L5-S1 level compressing thecal sac abuts left S1 nerve root. A central and paracentral disc harniation at C5-6 level and posterior osteophyte compressing thecal sac. Disc bulges at C4-5 and C6-7 levels. I am taking 5 types of medicines prescribed by my Neurologists and advised me to take complete bed rest. After two weeks the pain is still there i need a second opinion this. If require i will also provide medicine names. Thank you

For disc bed rest may extend from 6 weeks to 6 months
