Lower Molar gum
I have swelling near my right lower molar teeth.
Have taken mox 250mg cap but didn't help me due to lockdown no doctors are available for treatment

Take:-
Tab O2 twice daily for 5 days after meals
Tab Zerodol SP twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals
Apply Hexigel on affected area thrice daily for 15 minutes and rinse with plain water for a week
Warm saline rinses between meals
Hexidine mouthwash twice daily for 14 days
☆☆☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Augmentin 625mg

Hy..swelling might be due to infected tooth ...before visiting the dentist pls take these medicine
Rx-cap amoxiclav 625 mg thrice for 3 days(antibiotic)
Tab diclopara twice daily for 3 days (painkiller)
Cap pentop once for 3 days (empty stomach)
Warm saline rinses 3-4 times regularly
Brush twice daily and avoid eating from that region

How many times and for how many days have you taken. this medicine ?
For dental infection to be resolved you need to have Cap Mox 500 mg two times a day / Tablet Augmentin 625 mg twice a day for 5 days .
Also Supplement this with Tablet Ketorol Dt , 2 tablets dissolve in water for the first dose after that one tablet in half glass water repeat three times a day for 3 days.
Any known allergies to medicine kindly inform and alternate.

Visit dentist after lockdown .
