Lower left side back pain
Hi doctor, since last one week i am having pain in my lower back which majorly persist at morning time but as day pass i feel releif. I had this same issue some years back when i have been told by doctor that it is happening due to lack of calcium and vitamin d. Which i found out when i got my blood test report. So wanted to confirm is this is same problem and what should i take to get relief from morning pain

Vitamin d must be corrected. U should take precautions of not bending forward and always sit with support. Do some exercises for spinal extension. Take some analgesic and hot fomentation. If these things dont help then u will have to consult an ortho spine surgeon.
