Recent IOPA Xray and teeth picture are required to see if the teeth can be saved at all or not. In this case clinical examination is a vital part. So, correlation of both are important to suggest you every possible treatment plan in this teeth condition.
Dear practo user
Don't immediatelay jump for extraction, sometimes these teeth have Infection in root bone area, so they pain.
There are treatment for saving natural teeth rather opting for artificial.

Dear practo user
Our experts from the department of oral medicine and radiology suggest you to kindly send your xray and clinical pictures to diagnose the condition and then give a proper treatment plan
First of all, RC treated tooth should not feel the pain.. Need to check whether if it's done properly.. Incase the tooth is weak n mobile, then it can be removed.. As it's the front tooth, always better to replace it by implant rather than bridge..
Implant is always better than bridge. But may be the Root canal was not done properly so don’t be in hurry to get those teeth extracted. U need to take another opinion
