Lower Backhace ,pain going in legs
Hi.. doctor.. having too much pain in my lower back which is going only in my left leg above ankle.. since last three days m taking ( flexura d) tablets twice in a day  and also doing hot water pad ....but not feeling relief in pain specially in leg..plz suggest what shoul I do???

Looks like you are suffering from lumbar disc herniation mostly likely at L4-5 level MRI LS Spine will confirm the diagnosis Strict Bed Rest for a few days  avoid getting out of bed except for bathroom privileges Can start taking Tab Nervmax SR 75mg once daily in the evening 7-8 pm Watch for leg numbness or weakness Can consult me online on practo for further detailed plan of treatment Rgds Dr Bhavin Shial Consultant Spine Surgeon Mumbai

It may be sciatica. You need MRI to confirm. Physio in form of IFT/ Usg Massage and mild traction might help. Consult orthopaedic dr near you.
