Lower back pain while standing.
Lower back pain while standing. MRI&CT done: Impression: 1. Spondylolysis of L4 vertebra with grade1 spondylolisthesis of L4 over L5 vertebra 2. L3-L4 disc bulge indenting ventral thecal sac 3. Type 1 tear in L4-L5 IV disc in posterior aspect with disc bulge indenting on ventral thecal sac and bilateral foraminal stenosis 4. L4-L5 facet arthropathy. It would be great if you can let me know what sort of treatment is required to rectify this issue. Thank you!
