Problem with lower back.
As per MRI scan annular tear involving L4-5 disc indenting thecal sac and causing mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing. I'm taking PBREN-NT and other medicines for a month. Can you confirm the treatment?

Hello..... You have condition which is not completely reversible.. You can take those medicine..  If you rest for some days you can avoid bulged disc pressing  nerve root there by reduce symptoms....  If the prolapse is mild doctor  will advice you physiotherapy, if it doesn't  work and pain in severe surgery  is the final option... ..
