When i was lifting heavy weight in the gym, after one or two days later, the pain on my lower back started even when i sneeze it hurts too much. Normally when i touch over it there is no any sign of pain but when i get up or lay down during that i feel pain

--.stop gym for so.e time.
--. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days.
--. Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days.
(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.)
--. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold.
--. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding.
--. Keep no pillow under the head.
--. Avoid painful acts & activities.
-- .Do mild exercises for back and hips and knees and ankles and feet
--.(Take help of a physiotherapist).
--Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem.

You may have had a muscle injury.
Try taking otc pain medication and put hot packs. If the pain doesn't subside please visit your nearby orthopedic doctor for further examination and management
Don't do any forward bending activity or lift any heavy weight till then
