Pain in back and leg
My fiance lifts heavy weights in gym, he is complaining of back pain in right side of his back and he felt muscle cramp (nas khichna) from right side of back to right side of leg. What to do?

The symptoms you describe are probably due to disc herniation irritating the right side nerve root. - avoid lifting weights till pain subsides - apply some gel like volini etc. Heating pad/hot water bag to relieve muscle spasm - some medicines to relieve nerve pain and muscle spasm (I cannot prescribe here but you can consult me online.
