The symptoms you describe are probably due to disc herniation irritating the right side nerve root.
- avoid lifting weights till pain subsides
- apply some gel like volini etc. Heating pad/hot water bag to relieve muscle spasm
- some medicines to relieve nerve pain and muscle spasm (I cannot prescribe here but you can consult me online. Search for Dr Prashant Gupta Orthopedic Surgeon Udaipur on Google and contact me)
