Low back ache with radiation may be due to nerve compression in the back. The cause of the above will need to be investigated to treat the condition. So get x ray LS spine AP and lateral views along with following blood tests fasting: HB, TLC, DLC, ESR, calcium, phosphorus, Alkaline phophotaae, vitamin D3 levels and uric acid. Revert back with investigations. In the meantime start Tab Zinase D twice a day after meals, tab neksium 40 Mg's once a day before breakfast, tab pregalin X SR at 7:30 pm. Make sure you are not allergic to the above medications before starting them.
