Lower back pain
Two days before,I fell down from stairs and now i am able to walk but it is very difficult to sit and sleep straight.is this a fracture or mild sprain?do i need to consult doctor,because in these twoday I had a pain killer and applied volini twice a day.The pain has refuced while walking but while siting its all tbe same.

You need to visit a spine surgeon for evaluation of the pain. If it's a fracture it needs a dedicated treatment for cure. We would need X-rays and further investigation if required
