Lower Back pain
Throbbing pain in lower left back area. Already applied moov and omnigel and used hot water bag too, but nothing worked. Pain is unbearable.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily ..Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Get x ray AP & Oblique view done apply ice pack instead of hot bags for 10 mins and repeat this after every 1 hour for around 8 times take rest, and no forward bending and prolong standing and no prolong sitting... don`t ever sleep on floor during this it might aggravate the condition... low back pain is a common problem but at the same time a very complicated problem. with the help of few details that is provided the solution is to use mild to moderate dose of pain tablets from physician along with physiotherapy .as the pain is severe and sudden. wait for 3 to 5 days . common stress or strain to back can be relieved within 5 days. if pain persists after 5 days and worsening further,you need to go for xray or mri scan along with few blood investigations but consult senior physiotherapist who is specialized in orthopedics or neuro. dont worry every pain has a solution.take care........

Hi..you must have got a catch or did you lift heavy object ..or any fall or injury..you can go for ice pack at the site of pain..if its acute..can take any pain killer temporarily and immediately go for Physio for further diagnosis and proper line f treatment.

Is there is any history of injury or jerk,It might be either due to Limbo sacral sprain,or PID injury ddu to fall from night may cause feature even.consut orthopaedic surgeon
