Lower back pain
Preparing for exams, therefore sitting for approx 8 to 10 hrs.. even when not studying found chair comfortable. Now since 8 9 months I haven't worked out barely walked 100 to 200 steps.. Last month I went river side, the stairs were full of algae nd my leg slipped. When my leg slipped I fell into sitting position. After few hours my lower right side ( leg, hip, flank) started aching.also there was difficulty in walking. 2 3 days later went to doctor and he advised for physiotherapy. Pain got relieved after therepy but I feel immense pain at my lower back, more towards right side, also I find difficulty in turning around on bed.

Hi Based on what you are saying, the pain right now does not seem to be because of the fall. The culprit is probably the fact that you have been sitting for long amounts of time. At your age, prolonged sitting and improper posture can cause such issues. Try the following: *Apply hot water bag 10 minutes twice a day *After applying hot water bag, apply Nobel Gel *Tab Flexon (1 tablet after lunch and 1 tablet after dinner for 7 days) (if you are not allergic to it) *Tab Pantakind (1 tablet before breakfast in the morning for 7 days) *Tab Gabaneuron (1 tablet at 7 pm for 10 days) *Do Bhujangasana (start with 5 counts per day and slowly increase the number of counts till you reach 40 counts per day). This is very important! *Avoid sitting on a stool/chair for more than 15 minutes at a stretch. After every 15 minutes, get up for 1 minute and then sit back again. This is extremely important! *Whenever you sit on a stool/chair sit ahead on the edge of the chair/stool. This way you will automatically sit straight. Don't sit back to try to get back support...you will automatically bend your spine and increase your back problem. *Avoid bending forward with your knees straight. Bend your knees and then bend forward. *Avoid sitting on soft sofas. *Avoid riding bike car until your pain subsides.
Next Steps
Follow the above steps and do let me know if you have pain relief after 1 week.
