Sevior lower back pain
After working saviour pain at lower back and every hour have to take urine some times inner bones at back side will have pain when sleeping or sitting.

Hello, this is Dr Nitish from Reliv pain center.
This is a common pain, it may be coming from the disc, small joints in spine called facet joints, or ligaments.
In young age, it is commonly due to the disc.
If it is a new pain and not very severe, then physiotherapy and pain killers for few days will help a lot.
But if it is a pain older than some months and severe, an injection at the specific point will give you good relief. After that, if you do the exercises regularly, the pain will not come back
