Lower back pain,leg pain
Lower back pain on right side( constant & dull ),leg pain on  right leg, right side of stomach feel shrinked,one leg feels shorter while walking( little bit) ,in addition ( after eating each time I felt urgency for latrine,fever all time)

Plz get ur xray of spine and pelvis ,u need a clinical examination and further investigation may be required after that
