Back pain with out leg pain usually settles with physio- IFT. Once pain settles do back muscle strengthening exercise. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury

Hi.., physiotherapy is the best remedy for ur condition.., u can take traction , ift, etc.. along with core & back strengthening exercises with ergonomic advice. All this can be taken care by physiotherapist and is a long term relief for u provided u maintain the condition.. tc..
