I have pain when I bend back side, and also towards my left nerve which connects my butt and also near lower back

It may be due to nerve compression in Lower back or hip region. Due to exertions of weak musculature of spine or poor posture activities you may face these kind of problems. So, better go for Proper Physiotherapy for strengthen your muscles and release tightness of Muscles of thighs & legs as well.
