Correct your sitting posturr, avoid crossed leg sitting, use cushin of needed according to chair, spine should be straight while sitting for prolonged time. Take IFT+US for a week, the pain will reduce as its due to spasm but i also suggest for X-ray or MRI of LS to know if any other soft tissue or disc problems is any.

Hello dear Thanks for reaching out. Looking at your age and occupational profile, you seem to have a mechanical backache attributed to muscle weakness, vitamin deficiencies and stress. However, the same can be due to inflammatory spondyloarthropathy as well in rare cases. I would want you to be screened for both. Thanks Dr Vipin Gupta
Next Steps
Consult online or can connect in person if based in delhi.

I would highly recommend you to take Physiotherapy treatment for your pain. You can discuss with the Physiotherapist in detail about your issue and find the appropriate treatment in the form of therapeutic exercises. Practicing yoga is a very good habit, however if it's going difficult currently due to your low back pain then I would recommend you to hault or reduce the yoga practice for time being, undergo the Physiotherapy rehabilitation for back pain and then resume yoga so that it's smooth and pain free in future
Next Steps
