I have been experiencing pain in my lower back since last week. It feels like the pain is in the joint about 2 inches above my tail bone.
I am a fairly fit person and workout about 3-4 times a week. I travel to work mostly by bike and ride around 40 kms a day.
Since this pain started i went to gym only once but didn't lift heavy weights. I have been doing some stretching Workouts for back. It seems to help a little but the pain has not completely stopped.
Plus i have started to feel that any small jerk that I get while traveling and all is hurting more than it used to before.
Pls advise. Am started to get worried now.
