Lower back pain
I have a lower back pain when I sit for a longer time. I got this pain when i was lifting weight in the gym. It always comes back when I start exercising. I am not sure why it comes back. I got it checked but the doctor told me it was a muscle tear pain which lasts for sometime but it has been 5 years. It's not too much sharp pain but feel it sometime when I sit for a long time.

It is not a muscle tear, maybe it is spine related problem which needs a proper assessment and diagnosis.
Next Steps
Go to Physiotherapist.

Due to improper posture while sitting and also deficiency of calcium and B12 leads to longer pain for years. You need to take electrotherapy and strengthening exercises to get rid of pain completely.
