I have a lower back pain when I sit for a longer time. I got this pain when i was lifting weight in the gym. It always comes back when I start exercising. I am not sure why it comes back. I got it checked but the doctor told me it was a muscle tear pain which lasts for sometime but it has been 5 years. It's not too much sharp pain but feel it sometime when I sit for a long time.

You should do back stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance.
You should consult a Physiotherapist in person for complete assessment and treatment.
Due to improper posture while sitting and also deficiency of calcium and B12 leads to longer pain for years.
You need to take electrotherapy and strengthening exercises to get rid of pain completely.
It's may be due to incorrect posture also,if ur not maintaining posture it leads to back muscles weakness, when ur doing exercises or lifting weights it leads to a strain of back muscles.
