  4. Lower back pain. Then 15 mins and focus.

Lower back pain
I am having lower right back pain and right testicular pain from last 2 years. The pain is significant while sitting. Seems like while sitting i am pinching some nerve that leads to right testes. I been to spine surgeon and he performed MRI of lower spine but nothing was found. The pain in the back is around the SI joint area and i also feel weakness in my right leg and right arm. I am usually active and also do excersise and play sports. But this back pain have affected my day to day life as i am not able to sit for more then 15 mins and focus.
