Lower Back Pain
I am having lower back pain for some months now. i work from home and have long sitting hours. I use a proper office chair with good lumbar support. I am doing some exercise as well. But the pain still stays. Wanted to know which doctor should I consult next.

Orthopedic surgeon can check your muscle tightness and spine and leg alignment and if needed some blood tests for arthritis profile and vitamin levels

Back ache can be due to various reasons. If your backache is worse early in the morning or after prolonged sitting or is associated with stiffness, then it could be due to Ankylosing Spondylitis (a type of arthritis)
