Hi , I am having a lower back pain from more than 1 year now .. I consulted a doctor once he suggested an xray and report was normal after having medicine for 1 week my problem is not gone..Still i have a back which is persistant .

Dear Sir, Localized back pain in young age group is mainly suggestive of mechanical back, which can very well resolve by regular exercises, and care of back. If you do not have any symmptoms of fever of weight loss etc, consult a good physio and follow his regimen.
