Lower back pain
Hi
I am having back pain both sides and more on right side since more than a year and have got MRI done recently.Attached is my MRI report.
The pain goes upto hips mostly like something is pinching and some pain in calf area and my foot last toe is sometimes sensation less.Pain increases when walking or straining back.
Pain goes away when took rest
What would be best treatment for the same?
