Lower back pain
Hi, I am experiencing excruciating pain in lower portions of my back since 3 days when I sit on a chair or even stand a while. I have a desk job so it's kind of difficult for me to handle.

Chiropractic Mobilization will help. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hello, The issue that you are facing needs a thorough assessment as back pain could be of various reasons and various origins. For a desk job basic ergonomics to follow are stand and walk a few steps every 40-45 mins, sit in an erect posture without slouching and having a good foot rest. The reason for this acute pain any physical activity like lifting some weight etc. All these aspects need to be taken into consideration. Hence, it’s best to visit a physiotherapist who specialises in musculoskeletal rehab or orthopaedic rehab .
Health Tips
In the meantime, avoid any heavy physical activity
