Chiropractic Mobilization will help.
Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
Try correcting your sleeping posture. Sleep on one side with two pillows at the side and your upper knee (slightly bent) resting on it. While sleeping straight place the pillows beneath your knees. Do back stretches followed by hot fomentation before sleeping and after getting up.
Avoid sleeping on your stomach, long sitting/standing (>30 mins).
Next Steps
Visit a physiotherapist if the symptoms do not resolve with this.
Please see a orthopedic surgeon or general physician soon and start PT after they clear you.
You need further evaluation before any home remedies can be prescribed cuz the history is not enough.
