Lower back pain
Having severe instant pain on lower back area, which pinch and extend till lower back to full down leg what should I do. Please help. having this from 3-4 months... took medicine and B12 capsules

Meet physiotherapist, it is radiating Pain,you have to do some stretching exercises and some machine like TENS,laser, etc.
