Lower Back pain

Due to traveling in coach bus I got some back pain. My height is 6'3". I rest for couple of days. But on sneezing I got jerk in my back and its like pain hellyeah. I can't even stand or lie on back. What should I do and where do I consult. Pls advise. Do I need to rush to hospital or any physiotherapy clinic will be good.

U need to see ur orthopedician or spine surgeon as u could have slip disc problem as per ur description. U might need MRI after comolete evaluation

Kindly visit a Orthopedics followed by physiotherapy sessions...I think it will be a muscular sprain that has occurred due to sneezing... if this is case you.
