I hv lower back ache since 3yrs . Sometimes can't stand straitly .and always I need well flattened bed to sleep .if not pain increases.doctors suggested me to exercise regularly.even though I'm having pain.at present I'm using move or iodex gel to get releaf from pain temperaury

you need to be diagnosed first. for exercise also consult some expert physiotherapist. use belt, specially while driving , climbing or walking a long. avoid faulty sitting postures. consult homeopath and you will get relief not just for pains but will be cured for the pathology if there is any.
