1. Rest 2. medicine to relief back pain and radiating leg pain. 3. Once pain reduce 50-70% start physio therapy 4. Avoid bending forward 5. Avoid weight lifting 6. Avoid sitting on ground or lower surface 7. Avoid squatting.

Hello.. May I know the complaints.. The problem according to MRI seems to he disc prolapse at L5S1 level. The treatment can be planned according to the complaints..
