Lower Back Lumber Spine Pain
Hello doctors, I have been diagnosed with Spinal Canal Stenoses L3-L4, L4-L5, L5-S1 levels I am on medication since September and a slow improvement has been there I was in bed rest for a month, now working on a sitting job in bank and travelling is there in Bus for around 1.5 hours from one side I want to ask whether physiotherapy or Yoga Sessions will improve the thing or not I don't want to go for Surgery for this Report is attached for references Please suggest

Not all patients of backache need operations. Most of them can be managed without surgery. This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate the patient  in detail. Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder, if you have any. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold air flowing from air conditioner. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for spine and hips --.(Take help of a  physiotherapist). --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. Best decision for surgery can be made by clinically examining you. Also MRI photographs are definitely better than report alone. Still the report mentions severe compression. So you must not take these things casually. Do you have any weakness?? Any problem in passing urine??
