Lower back leg and buttocks pain
Hi I have been sleeping on my sofa for two years my lower back, buttocks, and one side of my leg is in paralyzing pain if I sit for long or do any manual tasks for 10mins or more, even running or exercising. I have told my doctor and am still on the waiting list after a year to see a specialist. I have been able to buy a bed now and want to know if this will mend me as am a single parent of four children and I can't do anything with them active for no more than 10mins. I hope you can provide

U can start with physiotherapy, I wish I could type all that, how you should do  but it will take me an hour to type. Consult a physiotherapist
