Lower back issues
I have some lower back pain from 7 to 8 days... . After sitting long i cant stand properly for sometimes in pain.. What can be the cause of it?

By looking at your history .... it looks muscle spasm... which is very common after sitting for long in one position

Mostly improper posture and inadequate exercises leads to lumbar disc degeneration which could be the cause for this. Need more history for further management
