Lower back and hip pain
From last 4 month I have severe hip and lower back pain ,I have done MRI of SI & PELVIC Joints In Feb, ESR CRP REPATING every month , Hlab27 is negative, I want to know being normal ESR CRP any possibility of autoimmune disease

Very less possibility of you having an autoimmune disease.. Also test RA Factor and Anti CCP to rule out further.

Physical examination is required to check for sensory or motor deficit.
Next Steps
Get MRI lumbar spine with sacroiliac joint. Get vit d levels checked

Should evaluate the cause of pain in terms of your profession.. for example if you are doing desk job or travelling alot.. it might be due to that .. mechanical backache is also under consideration.. pain or stiffness which is more bothering?? Examine neurologically to rule disc disease?
