Hello my friend, The pain it could be due to muscle spasm or may be due to some degenerative changes. Get the investigations done to rule out the cause. * Heat therapy would be helpful. For that you can use a hot water bag or an electric heating pad. (Don't overdo it.) * योगराज गुग्गुळ - 2 tablets twice a day. It has got analgesic, anti-inflammatory properties. Widely used in joint and musculoskeletal pains.  * Start doing some stretching exercises once you get some relief. Contact for more details OR you can visit at my clinic in Karve Nagar, Pune.

It can be just a muscular sprain to sciatica to lumbar spondylosis. Need some basic investigation like x-ray LS spine. Then consult with proper details for Homoeopathic treatment.
