Hello,
Vitamin D3 levels are generally low, calcium & B complex can be incorporated through the diet. How low were the levels of vitamin D? Are you taking the supplementation by consulting a physician. It is important that you consult as vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin if taken in excess it is also not good. A personalized diet session is highly recommended for you as it takes into account your lifestyle, routine, sleep, stress, eating habits, medical condition if any, etc.
Milk & milk products, ragi, sesame seeds, etc are good sources of calcium. Whole grains, eggs, broccoli, etc are good sources of vitamin B complex

Have you had your D3 and B12 levels checked? Were they low. In case D3 levels are low then please eat eggs, butter , ghee(vit d) in moderate amounts in your diet and be in the sun for an hour every day. D3 levels are normally low for Indians. But for B complex try to eat whole grains, fruits ,nuts etc to be healthy.
Next Steps
Eat balanced diet and Monday fast is good if you have milk and fruit to detox.
Hi
Thanks for your query
Please don't involve yourself in taking supplements unnecessarily ..without doctors advise
With blood tests of the parameters mentioned like d3, calcium and B-complex vitamins, you can further decide upon and take any doctors suggestion / advise if any as per requirement.
Note:-
Focussing more on well balanced diet (especially plant based), daily exposure to sun for about 20 to 30 mins and drinking more water per day like 1.2 litres or 8 to 9 glasses of water daily, and more focus more on adding Functional foods which are very essential and quite important in day to day living..
