Hi! For the vitamin D you have to take a supplement once a week depending on your levels, you can get it prescribed by the doctor.

For Vitamin B12 you can take vitamin B12 rich foods. Vitamin B12 is naturally found in animal products, including fish, meat, poultry, eggs, milk, and milk products.

No need to take the protein powder you can meet your daily protein requirement by high protein diet only.

Hello. I need specific numbers of her vitamin D and B12 status to tell you if it can be improved with diet alone or if it needs medication or supplementation.
If you are planning for kids, it is extremely important to have B12 levels in the normal zone. Otherwise the baby might develop birth defects. So please start taking the prenatal vitamins with B12 and folic acid immediately.
Any of the protein powders now available in the market are also high in sugars, which might lead to unnecessary weight gain. Same thing with biscuits. Instead she can have other protein sources like milk, nuts, dals, etc and if she is a non-vegetarian, she can also include eggs, chicken and fish in her diet to make it nutritious and balanced.
I also provide pre-natal, pregnancy as well as post-pregnancy nutrition plans as per the requirement. Please contact if you would like personalized nutrition. -Dr. Lahari Surapaneni
