Hello Your vit D level if it’s 21ng/ml then it’s optimal . Foods containing high vit D- Animal origin-fish( oily), egg yolk, red meat,beef liver Plant origin- milk yogurt avocado mushroom

Take vitamin d3 supplements once a week for 6 weeks to 8 weeks...vit d3 rich foods like egg yolk,fish liver oils etc...
